And yet… we gots lots of stuff cooking. It’s good times. Ali is working on a new zine for Best Available. I have some plans for a new book featuring Piratical Pie’s scrapbook. The postcards have never appeared in book form, so I’m excited about it. It’ll be sort of a zine, sort of a picture book, and sort of just itself. Plus we have Robots II, some nefarious graphic design plots, and then down the road the next issue of Revelations.

We’ve also got some shows coming up in April and May. I’ll post the info here a little closer to the date.

So you may have figured out from Angry Carrot’s hijacking of the website that there are some changes around here. First and foremost, Sugar and Spite is not publishing a weekly webcomic anymore.

Here’s the deal. We LOVE the webcomic. Truly. But, keeping a rigid schedule and creating a comic once a week takes up a good deal of time. We feel like the Sugar and Spite characters have sort of outgrown their weekly, 4 panel format. It’s time to tell some bigger stories. To make better comics. So, in order to focus our energies (and time) on bigger projects, the webcomic had to go.

A selection of the webcomic is still available in the archives. They are also sorted into categories, so feel free to browse around.

We’ll still be posting here to let you know what we’re doing, and you’ll still see some comics and previews posted as well.  The new Best Available page will also outline everything we’ve got for sale, and where you can go to buy it.

To those of you who have been following the comic every week, thank you. We enjoyed every minute of it!

And all hims Carrots friends! Purse of DOOMS and Cake and the Pirate Pie man and evens Pizza (Carrots hates Pizza! Carrots STOMP HIMS in bookses!) Carrots wants being comics in BOOKES, not comics on internets.
